Congratulations to Larry Helm, Southern FS, for completing the requirements to earn his FS Certified Crop Specialist (CCS) credentials!

The FS Certified Crop Specialist Program recognizes individual FS Crop Specialists who are dedicated to sales performance, technical knowledge, and personal development and who are focused on adding value to their farmer customers.

To earn the designation of CCS, Larry had to meet minimum employment requirements of at least two years of experience selling agronomic supplies and services in the GROWMARK System and be nominated by both a Southern FS sales supervisor and a GROWMARK Strategic Agronomy Marketing Manager. Larry was also required to successfully demonstrate his agronomic technical knowledge and sales professionalism in a series of in-person interviews prior to being awarded the Certified Crop Specialist designation.

As a CCS, Larry enhances the value that he delivers to his customers as an organized sales professional, a respected business partner, an experienced agronomic resource, and a provider of customized solutions to meet each customer’s specific needs.
